CEO/ Property Manager
Tracy Goulet is the founder of Elite Living Property and has been actively involved in residential real estate since 2001. With over two decades of hands-on experience as an investor, landlord, and property manager, she brings practical insight to leasing, operations, asset oversight, and long-term planning.
She leads the company with a strong focus on service, organization, and thoughtful growth, including Elite Living Property’s boutique apartment development, Axis on Main in Stittsville.

Shelly Adams
Partner and Property Manager
Shelly Blaskie has been active in real estate since 2002, beginning with her first investment property in Kanata. She later earned her real estate licence and built valuable experience in residential sales, investment property evaluation, and property operations.
Today, Shelly supports both short- and long-term rental management with a practical understanding of ownership, tenant needs, and property performance.

Marilou Digal
Property Management Operations Specialist
Marilou Digal supports the operational and financial systems behind effective property management. Her experience includes trust accounting, lease administration, tenant coordination, owner support, and back-office workflow management across residential portfolios in Canada and the United States.
She is highly proficient in industry platforms including Buildium, QuickBooks Online, Rentvine, SAP, and CRM systems, and helps ensure that daily operations remain organized, accurate, and scalable.

Property Manager/Advisor
Lisette Blaskie brings more than 35 years of experience in real estate as an investor, contractor, realtor, and property manager. Her background includes the design and development of homes and vacation properties in the Ottawa region and Western Quebec.
Her longstanding experience and practical knowledge continue to be a valued part of Elite Living Property’s foundation and growth.
