Tracy Goulet
CEO/ Property Manager
Tracy Goulet, Owner and CEO of Elite Living Properties, began her journey in property management in 2001 with the purchase of her first investment property. With over two decades of experience in the Ottawa real estate market, she founded Elite Living Property Management as a family-operated business built on shared expertise and strong industry knowledge. Tracy specializes in real estate investment analysis, property management, development, and consulting, and is currently leading the development of an 18-unit building on Stittsville Main Street.

Partner and Property Manager
Shelly Adams began her real estate journey in 2002 with the purchase of her first investment property in Kanata, Ontario. Soon after, she earned her real estate license and partnered with her mother to form a successful mother-daughter sales team. Today, Shelly specializes in both short- and long-term property management, using her investment expertise to identify strong opportunities and maximize property performance.

Marilou Digal
Property Manager
Marilou began her career in property management nearly a decade ago as a bookkeeper and has since become an expert in industry-standard platforms including Buildium, QuickBooks Online, Rentvine, SAP, and CRM systems like LeadSimple, Zillow, and Tenant Turner. As an Assistant Property Manager, she oversees critical back-office operations, allowing managers to focus on clients, growth, and profitability. Marilou has been a valued member of the ELPM team for the past year, bringing strong financial expertise and operational efficiency to the organization.

Lisette Blaskie is the pioneer behind it all, with an impressive track record spanning over 35 years as a realtor, contractor, investor, and property manager. She has designed and built several homes in the outskirts of Ottawa, Ont, as well as several vacation properties in the idyllic regions of Western Quebec. In a true testament to her expertise, she has imparted her interest and skills to her daughters, who joined the company in 2005 and together created Elite Living Property Inc. With Lisette's decades of experience in the Ottawa real estate market, she is the ideal mentor for a new homeowner or investor.
